What does the best-version-of-yourself look like?

Have you ever asked yourself this question?  Can you imagine what your life would be like if you asked this question, “Will this next decision I am going to make support the best-version- of- myself?”  Powerful isn’t it!  The next time you are going to make a choice regarding: exercise, your next meal, the next sentence that comes out of your mouth, the next dollar you spend…..ask yourself, “Is this choice supporting the best-version-of-myself?  Give it a shot.  It works!  God bless and Keep Smiling!

High 5 by Lululemon Athletica
Hello friends! When was the last time someone told you to have a good day? Was it today, yesterday, last week? I’m willing to bet it was fairly recent. Have you ever really thought about what that means? Have a good day to many of us means, I hope that life gives me a good day. I hope that people around me give me a good day. I hope that the traffic on the way home gives me a good day… doesn’t sound very consistent to me. Let’s try this…I challenge you to say, “Make it a great day!”, the next time you were going to say, “Have a great day.” See how the other person reacts. See how you feel when you say it. Of course circumstances can happen that are completely out of control, however 99% of the time, we are in the drivers seat of our life. We CAN make it a great day. No matter what happens, we can MAKE IT a great day. What does that look like to you? Is that giving someone a complement today when you normally wouldn’t? Is that making the choice to wave at someone who cuts you off instead of giving them the one finger salute? Is that telling your family how special they are to you? Is it creating the feelings of joy and love for your friends? Friends, remember, make it a great day! God Bless and Keep Smiling!

Sprouting by Evelyngiggles
Over the last two blogs we have digested the quote, “Today is a day filled with love opportunity, and potential.” We discussed the love and opportunity portion. Now it’s time to talk about the potential portion. What does it mean to have potential? Or what does it mean to not live up to your potential? Potential is our chance, our shot, our life to be everything we know inside we can be. It is our chance to be grateful to God by showing him our use of the gifts that he has given us. We all have potential and it is the voice inside that tells us what it is. Let’s refuse to live a life of quiet desperation and choose to make decisions on what we stand to gain, never on what we stand to lose. Ask yourself what you are really meant to do here on Earth? Who are the people in your life that you really need to make the most impact on? What are you really supposed to accomplish to bring you internal joy and success? What is your God given potential? Answer one or two of these questions and follow your hearts my friends. God bless and Keep Smiling!

Child Saluting American Flag by Respres
The last blog we discussed the love portion of the quote, “Today is a day filled with love, opportunity, and potential.” This time we are going to dive into the opportunity portion. Do you know how blessed you are to be an American??? Our countries’ brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers are dodging bullets right now as we speak. They are risking their lives right now so that America, you, me, our society, can be safe. They allow us the opportunity to maximize our potential. I love America and I honor our soldiers that have decided to serve in that capacity! We live in a country where we have the choice to follow our hearts and go into any industry we want, make as much money as we want, and get as much education as we want. We live in a country where our government will give us a loan to go to school, where they will give us a financial hand when needed, and will pave our streets and clean our parks, and etc. etc. Friends be grateful to be an American. All politics aside, we live in the land of opportunity. Say it out loud today…”Today is a day filled with love, opportunity, and potential!” God Bless and Keep Smiling!

Good Day everyone!!! I love the quote, “Today is a day filled with love, opportunity, and potential!” What do you think? Do you think that if you shouted this statement out every morning when you woke up it would put you in a pretty good mood? Of course it would!!! Let’s break this down over the next couple of blogs. . What does it mean to live today with love, opportunity,, and potential? Let’s start with love. What does having a day filled with love look like to you? Is it buying your significant other a flower on the way home? Is it tipping your waitress a couple more bucks for her friendly service? Is it smiling at someone that you don’t know? Is it playing with your kids for a few extra minutes? What does it mean to have a day filled with love? Try one of these suggestions or make up your own. Friends, live today because today is a day filled with love, opportunity, and potential! God Bless and Keep Smiling!
